My GOP opponent Cory Gardner just vowed he'd vote yes on Trump’s likely radical far-right nominee to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg -- mere weeks before the presidential election.

We’ve known from day one that my Republican opponent stands with Trump 100 percent -- and Coloradans deserve a leader who's loyal to them, not a lapdog for this president. My opponent and Mitch McConnell have proven they'll go back on their word to help Donald Trump make yet another lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court, and we must make them pay for their hypocrisy.

I won’t sell out like Cory Gardner -- but I need your help to make sure that we flip this seat from red to blue to defend the rights of many. With just six weeks left to go, I have to ask:

In 2016, my opponent said that the next president should choose the Supreme Court nominee. But yesterday -- only hours after Trump pressured him on live television -- he kowtowed to Trump’s wishes and said he’d approve anyone that is nominated to the Supreme Court, just weeks before Election Day.

There is no other option: We must vote Cory Gardner out of office if he’ll approve the likely ultra-right judge that Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, and their allies try to ram through the Senate. We must take this seat back to protect the Supreme Court and rights for all -- and Democrats cannot take back the Senate and end Mitch McConnell’s grip on power without winning this race.
