This is a huge blow to Trump’s re-election campaign -- and a major win for Gov. Sisolak’s work to expand access to the ballot box. As Governor, Steve Sisolak has worked to make voting in Nevada easier by overseeing the implementation of automatic voter registration and offering the safe, secure option of mail-in voting during the pandemic.

Trump has fought our progress every step of the way -- threatening to withhold federal funding if we allowed mail-in voting, spreading misinformation about the voting process, and even suing the state for allowing vote-by-mail.

But despite Trump’s efforts, Nevadans will have the option to safely cast their ballots from home this year. We have accomplished some huge milestones in the fight to protect voting rights, but there’s still more work to be done.
