Before she passed, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said it was her "most fervent wish" the she would not be replaced until a new president is installed. Less than 24 hours after her death, Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump were making plans to nominate a new Supreme Court Justice.

When Justice Antonin Scalia died in February, 2016, Mitch McConnell refused to hold a vote on President Barack Obama's nominee because it was an "election year." With less than 50 days until Election Day, Mitch McConnell's hypocrisy knows no bounds.

We, the American people, cannot be ignored. We must do everything in our power to stop Senate Majority Leader McConnell from moving forward with a vote.

Will you join me in demanding the Senate wait to vote on the next Supreme Court Justice until after the American people have made their voices heard on November 3rd?

Thanks for taking action,
