Trump's decision to disrespect Ruth Bader Ginsburg's dying wish
by rushing to appoint a new Supreme Court justice puts the
Affordable Care Act in imminent danger.

Today as we passed the grim threshold of 200,000 Americans dead
from COVID, Trump is fighting to take away vital healthcare
protections from the American people, rather than fighting the
pandemic.

The White House has pledged to nominate a person to the Supreme
Court who will blowup the Affordable Care Act. And on November
10th -- just one week after Election Day -- the Supreme Court is
scheduled to hold a hearing on the Trump administration-backed
lawsuit to destroy the Affordable Care Act. So the stakes could
not be higher if a partisan, right wing justice is installed to
replace RBG.

We've organized enough pressure to save the Affordable Care Act
before, and now we must do it again. Add your name here to demand

(in the middle of an ongoing pandemic made worse by Republican

The bottom line is: another partisan anti-ACA justice threatens
the very foundation of our healthcare system and puts lives in
