We're quickly approaching our final FEC end-of-quarter deadline before Election Day, and we've set an ambitious goal of raising another $100,000 online before September ends.
If there's anything we've learned over the past few weeks, it's that we can't afford to take anything for granted. Republicans outvoted Democrats in our top-two primary, and as a result, Sabato's Crystal Ball -- a highly respected political analyst -- shifted this race in the Republicans' favor.
As we enter the final stretch of this campaign, it's more important than ever that we hit every goal we set. And I'm counting on your support to help us do it.

We're quickly approaching the most important election of our lives -- and control of the House, the Senate, and the Presidency this year will have tremendous implications for the direction our country will head, and even whether this democracy survives.
Now the balance of the Supreme Court is also on the ballot, and with it generational decisions about healthcare, about voting rights, about women's right to make their own healthcare decisions, and about whether the voices of the people or the power of the special interests chart our path forward. If we're going to protect the Affordable Care Act, defend reproductive rights, and get dark money out of politics, it's crucial we protect this seat.
Republicans know Washington's 8th district is key to retaking the House majority, and the attacks against me have started. I need your help to hit our end-of-quarter goal and ensure we have the resources to fight back.
