The next Supreme Court Justice could cast the deciding vote on whether Americans live or die.
 
That’s because President Trump’s lawsuit to dismantle the entire Affordable Care Act will be heard at the Supreme Court exactly one week after the November election. I’m leading the coalition of 20 states and Washington D.C. to STOP Trump.
 
This fight has never been more critical. 
 
 
Senate Republicans are rushing to confirm a new Supreme Court Justice because they think this is their moment to finally overturn the Affordable Care Act — after 10 years of failure. Not on our watch. 
 
We refuse to let Republicans END pre-existing condition protections for more than 133 million Americans. And we refuse to let them take away health insurance from tens of millions of hardworking people during a pandemic. 
 
Team, this is our moment. Everything is on the line. It’s going to be the fight of our lifetimes, but we must do everything we can to win. That’s why I’m asking:
