Dear Friend,

Preservation is a never-ending process, one that requires commitment and
constant work. Together, we have saved many places all over the country, from
bustling city centers to quaint downtowns. From public lands to inspiring
monuments where chapters of our nation’s history unfolded.

While the outcome of historic preservation is richly rewarding, it requires a
lot of hard work, expertise, and ongoing commitment. That’s why our Preservation
Partners are so valuable to moving our mission at the National Trust forward.

Preservation Partners give each month to save places that matter in America. And
that's why during our Monthly Donor Drive, we've set a goal of adding 65 new
sustaining donors willing to make the commitment to preservation.

Your monthly commitment will go a long way to ensure each aspect of preservation
has ample support, from protecting buildings central to our national story to
restoring historic sites to reimagining urban spaces.

A monthly gift of any size is valuable—as it provides a steady stream of funding
that the National Trust can count on.

And to show our appreciation, when you make your first monthly gift of $7 or
more today, we will send you our exclusive canvas member tote—our gift to you as
our way of saying thank you for becoming a Preservation Partner.

Plus, we’d like to invite you to join in at our virtual PastForward National Preservation Conference October 27-30 with free, all-access
registration as our newest Preservation Partner. Changing our conference format
to a virtual one was necessary due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we think that
it is a great opportunity to broaden the reach of PastForward and a great way for you to connect with a community of people who, like you,
care about preserving and protecting the places and stories that define our
national in all its diversity, complexity, and inspiration.

Thank you for your commitment to historic preservation!

Director of Member Engagement

P.S. When you become a Preservation Partner, we'll send you a special registration
code for PastForward that provides free access to the more than 32 sessions on
topics focused on this year's themes of Resilience and Relevance. And you'll get
your free tote bag!
