As if commuting to Oregon wasn’t bad enough.

The state of Oregon plans to impose tolls on Southwest Washington workers, health care patients and residents who must cross the state line on I-5 and I-205 to earn their paychecks or see their doctors.

For those of us who commute and live on both sides of the river, this plan would needlessly raise the price of living while providing no specific upgrades to our shared infrastructure. That’s why Jaime is fighting to put the brakes on Oregon’s unfair scheme to toll Washington commuters to fill Oregon’s coffers.
