John -- the fight for the Senate majority is on and Iowa is the battleground race.

A new poll from The Des Moines Register shows Theresa leading her Republican opponent by three points. That's within the margin of error. FiveThirtyEight still says Ernst is "slightly favored" to win this seat. That makes this one of just two true toss ups in the whole country.

If we want to flip the Senate, we have to flip this seat. But first we have to fight back against McConnell's attacks.

Mitch McConnell and his allies are flooding our race with more than $65 MILLION in nasty, false attacks to defeat this grassroots team. And with FiveThirtyEight saying Ernst is "slightly favored" to win, we can't let his attacks go unanswered.

Our final FEC end-of-quarter deadline before Election Day is fast approaching. If we miss this goal, we won't have the resources to fight back against McConnell's attacks and we'll fall further behind. We can't let that happen.

Control of the Senate hinges on Iowa, so we need to counter these attacks right away. Theresa isn't accepting a dime of corporate PAC money. Instead, we're counting on folks like you to help us hit our $500,000 FEC goal and flip the Senate.

Will you answer the call? Pitch in $5, or whatever you can, right away to help us hit our final FEC end-of-quarter goal. We can't flip this seat and take back the Senate without you.
