Friend, we already knew that our opponent John Katko would be backed by massive amounts of dark and special interest money from corporate donors and unknown entities. However, the shocking news is that dark money groups are projected to have spent over a billion dollars in U.S. elections since the Citizens United decision.
We are up against a machine. Too many times the voices of real people have been drowned out by big money, which is why we need to repeal Citizens United to restore transparency and fairness to our government. However, in order to create change, we need to vote people, like my corporate-backed opponent, out of office.
