To celebrate National Voter Registration Day, we want you to do one thing right now:

✅ Check Your Voter Registration Status ✅

Whether you’re voting in person or voting by mail, it is important to check your voter registration status (or register to vote if you haven’t already!). Verified Voting created the #CheckYourReg campaign in 2016 to get the word out about checking to make sure your voter registration file is active, accurate, and hasn’t been tampered with. #CheckYourReg at Rock The Vote and if there is a problem, immediately contact your local election office to get your registration corrected in time for the election.

Checking your voter registration file is just the first step in making sure your vote gets counted, which is why today also marks the launch of our #makeyourplan campaign. Follow us @VerifiedVoting on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to learn more about how to #makeyourplan to vote, and encourage everyone you know to make a plan too.
