Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Ann Arbor Mayor Christopher Taylor will be on hand as the Ann Arbor City Clerk’s Office opens a satellite site at the University of Michigan Museum of Art 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, which also happens to be National Voter Registration Day.
