Tonight, Trump is in Ohio hosting a packed rally with few masks in sight -- which flies in the face of everything public health experts have told us about the spread of this virus. On the day we as a country passed 200,000 COVID-related deaths because of Trump’s failed leadership, no less. It's abhorrent, John, and he did it because he's desperately trying to avoid defeat in a state he won by eight points in 2016.
Trump has been holding similar rallies in key states like North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Nevada, but he’s been spending extra time and resources in Ohio. He knows Joe Biden is within striking distance in Ohio, with polls showing Trump clinging to a narrow three-point lead. That's why I have to ask you to support the crucial, last-minute ads, outreach, and programming it'll take to tip battleground states like Ohio in Democrats' favor:
