On Friday night, while the rest of us were reeling from learning of the loss of American hero Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Mitch McConnell was preparing an official statement.

Within hours of the news of her passing reaching each corner of our country, he declared that the Senate would vote on and confirm Traitor-in-Chief Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee — defying Justice Ginsburg’s final wish as a last attempt to seal his extremist views into law for decades.

They’re doubling down. And that means we have to double down, too. The future of the Supreme Court for generations— including Roe v. Wade, gun violence prevention laws, voting rights, and the healthcare of millions— are now on the line and flipping the Senate is the only chance we have to stop Traitor Trump and Mitch McConnell from undermining our democracy forever.
