Join the thousands of Americans who are demanding the Senate WAIT until a new President is sworn in before appointing a Supreme Court Justice | ADD YOUR NAME >>

In the wake of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's passing, President Trump and Mitch McConnell are already scheming to fill her vacant seat before the American people have the chance to make their voices heard on November 3rd.

With just 43 days until Election Day, it would be beyond hypocritical for Senate Republicans to vote on a Supreme Court nominee between now and then. Let us not forget that in 2016, when Justice Antonin Scalia passed away 269 days before the Presidential election, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell refused to hold a vote on President Barack Obama's nominee.

Now, Senate Republicans have an obligation to wait until after the 2020 Presidential election is decided. Fair is fair.

Will you SIGN YOUR NAME to demand the Senate hold off on confirming the next Supreme Court Justice until after the American people have voted?

Thanks for taking action,

-- Team Sánchez
