Here’s the truth, Brandt: Since the start of this campaign, Cal’s opponent has been propped up by more than $60 million being spent by out-of-state billionaires, corporate interests, and Mitch McConnell’s super PACs.

On our side, we’ve focused on raising money from a whole bunch of people who believe in a government that fights for working people, veterans, military families, teachers, and our children — not just those at the very top.

Now that we’re one day away from the next debate in this Senate race, our opponent should have to explain to the people why so many wealthy megadonors from outside of North Carolina want him to stay put in the U.S. Senate. He’s been ducking voters on this critical question for too long, and you deserve answers.
