John, Behind the scenes, Republicans see our race as an opportunity. Their strategy is pretty predictable: They try to paint me as some kind of extremist and hope that enough voters fall for it to flip this seat red. It’s been a key Republican strategy in countless races across the country for years -- they’re even trying it with Joe Biden right now. We know that progressive policies like Medicare for All, fighting climate change (by creating green jobs), and making college affordable for everyone are all proven and popular. But if you listen to my opponent, they’re signs that I’m some kind of radical. I refuse to let anyone rewrite my story or the narrative of this campaign. Republicans think that, because there’s no incumbent on the ballot, this is their best chance to pull off an upset. If we come up short on November 3rd, it’ll be because we failed to step up at moments like this when it matters most. The final end-of-quarter FEC deadline is coming up -- will you chip in before the deadline to help fight back and keep IL-03 out of Republican hands? Thanks for your support, Marie
