Young Democrats,
Our hearts ache from the loss of one of the biggest giants in American history and trailblazer of equality last night, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Today, we honor her memory by preserving the very ideas she championed and renewing our fight because our nation’s future is on the line.
That’s why we’re proud to announce our new partnership with Women's March Action.
Together, we aim to reach 1 million youth voters between the ages of 18-36 in battleground states throughout the country, including Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Michigan, Georgia, Texas, Ohio, and Arizona, among others in the coming 5 weeks leading into the November 3rd General Election.
What we do in this moment reflects the Democracy we aspire to have.
In partnership with state-chartered chapters, we are encouraging young voters to complete their absentee and vote-by-mail ballots early and make their voices are heard. The potential of Young Democrats this election is clear. We must use our skills and capacity to turn out every voter we need to win in the final weeks before Election Day.
Make no mistake, each 2020 ballot is a values statement on where we stand as youth on racial, environmental, reproductive and economic and gender justice.
We’ll be kicking off this campaign on Tuesday, September 22nd with National Voter Registration Day at 5:00. EDT/2:00 p.m. PDT and will be joined by a special guest and Women’s March Foundation Founder and Women’s March Action Executive Director Emiliana Guereca.
There’s too much at stake -- join us as we take action these next few weeks in one of the most historic elections of our lifetime.
It is my hope that you will join us in the final weeks to be the margin of victory. Should you have any questions we can be reached at [email protected].
Democratically yours,
Christen Hebrard
Democratic National Committee Member

P.S. If you can’t make the kick-off, every Thursday thereafter up until Election Day we'll be texting registered voters and reminding them to vote. Information for the campaign can be found here and you can register to join any of the campaign stops here.
