Just as Rosh Hashanah began, we got the terrible news that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away. Ginsburg was a trailblazer and a true patriot. Our country owes her a debt of gratitude for her public service.

But, as we all know, the election is upon us, and time unfortunately doesn't stand still for our grief. For that reason, President Trump will likely name a nominee to make the Supreme Court whole again sometime this week.

I believe the Senate should confirm that nominee this term. If you agree with me, please consider sending a message by contributing to President Trump and our GOP slate of Senate endorsees RIGHT NOW.

Beyond the scenario where the Supreme Court might have to rule on issues that could control the outcome of the 2020 election, the Court is also likely, in the next few years, to hear cases related to state and federal anti-BDS legislation and the President’s Executive Order that helps combat the antisemitism that our students face on their college campuses. Who do you want to help decide such cases?

We have a great way for you to tell the President and Senate Republicans that you want them to confirm a new Justice this term, and to help reelect the President and RJC PAC endorsed Republican Senators: https://rjcpac.revv.co/scotus_senators

When you donate on this page, we will make sure all of your donation gets to the President and our Senate endorsees, and we will also let them know that your endorsement comes along with this message: CONFIRM A NEW JUSTICE THIS TERM!

Will you donate to help reelect President Trump and our endorsed Senators and tell them you support the plan to confirm a new conservative Justice?

Sincerely,

Matt Brooks
RJC Executive Director
