Our first debate of the election cycle just wrapped up, and it's undeniable that Andy was the winner this morning.

Andy highlighted his diligent bipartisan work for businesses across the district, his record of championing health care solutions that get all Americans covered, and his record of leading during the coronavirus pandemic.

Our opponent, David Richter, showed once again that he's running to support Trump -- not working families. While Ocean County experiences a spike in cases, Richter downplayed the virus and even said he would refuse federal help. Richter also continued to attack our healthcare, calling the Affordable Care Act an “entitlement program.”

Andy is the clear choice in this race, but we know not everyone watches these debates. With national Republicans pouring millions of dollars into this district, we need your help to make sure we can get the word out. Will you rush a contribution of $5, or whatever you can, before midnight tonight?

Honestly, the debate isn't the only reason why we're asking for your support. Our last FEC quarter deadline is just over a week away, and we're counting on you to help us meet our goal.

This deadline couldn't be more important, and missing our goal is not an option.

We're legally required to report our FEC quarter fundraising figures, and you can bet House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and his dark money super PACs will pore over our numbers. They know they can't take back the House majority without winning this "toss-up" race, so they'll be looking for any sign of weakness to take advantage of.
