Here's the thing, friend: Election Day is coming up quick and there's not much time left to catch up with Republican fundraising.

Forbes is reporting that Democrats are way behind Republicans in Texas and Florida, two critical target states with large congressional delegations. And this year's legislative elections will determine who draws the maps next year.

That's why I'm coming to you for help. We've already made investments in Texas, Florida, and seven other states, but it's simply not enough. Can you help us do more?

We only need to flip four more seats in Florida and nine more in Texas to get Democrats a seat at the redistricting table. This is our last chance to stop GOP gerrymandering in some of the biggest states in the country for another decade -- so we have to leave everything on the field.

These states represent some of our best opportunities to swing the balance of power -- IF we can raise more money for down-ballot candidates. The last thing we want is to look back and wish we'd done more, but know it's too late.
