NEW DES MOINES REGISTER POLL: J.D. SCHOLTEN WITHIN THE MARGIN OF ERROR WITH RANDY FEENSTRA

A new Des Moines Register poll just came out, and it has J.D. within the margin of error against Randy Feenstra -- a result mirrored by our own internal polling and every other Democrat running for Congress in Iowa.

That makes it official: This race is winnable. The last independent poll in June had us down by 20 points and now we’ve closed this race to just 5. We can make up the rest of the gap in the next 6 weeks -- but only with the help of every one of our grassroots supporters.

J.D. is close with Feenstra in the polls, but we’ve got only six weeks left to get ahead. That means the more grassroots donations we get right now, the more ads and organizers and phone calls we can get in IA-04 to help us win.

The fact that J.D. is polling so well against Feenstra is a testament to his message: that we need a representative who will truly stand tall for all of us, not leave farmers, workers, and rural families behind.
