John,

In a new and disgusting low, President Trump told Fox News this morning that he doesn’t know if Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s dying wish to her granddaughter — that she did not want a new justice confirmed before the next inauguration — was really said by the Justice.

In fact, he suggested that Adam or other Democratic leaders wrote out her last words:

"I don't know that she said that, or was that written out by Adam Schiff and Schumer and Pelosi. I would be more inclined to the second... But that sounds like a Schumer deal or maybe a Pelosi or Shifty Schiff."

Even for Trump, this is disgraceful.

Justice Ginsburg told her granddaughter, “My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”

No, President Trump, Adam did not write that. It was the last wish of a great American.

But we are going to fight like hell to make it come true: No confirmation before inauguration.

Stand with Adam and Democrats across the country over the next 43 days as we work to hold the House, flip the Senate, and replace Trump before he can do more damage to our nation:
