John,
I’m Tricia Zunker, and I ran in the Wisconsin Special Election to represent WI-07.
I am a first-generation college graduate, a solo parent to a wonderful boy, an attorney, and an Associate Justice on the Ho-Chunk Supreme Court. I was born and raised in a strong union household in Wausau and come from a family of hard workers.
We may not have gotten the results we wanted in our special election, but that doesn’t mean we’re throwing in the towel. This seat is up for re-election again in November, and we can still flip this seat. If we can build on the incredible groundwork we’ve laid, I know we can do it.
I hope you’ll join me today as we re-launch this effort to give the people of Northern Wisconsin a voice in Washington. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work with me, add your name here to join our campaign.
Now more than ever, the people of northern Wisconsin need a voice in Congress fighting for them -- people like the family farmers and working people I come from. While we came up short in the special election under unprecedented circumstances, the situation will be very different in November.
I’m humbled by the support that you’ve given me throughout our campaign, and I’m proud of how far we came together.
Now let’s keep it going and finish the job, add your name today so we can flip this seat blue in November.
Thank you,
Tricia
