Senator John Cornyn of Texas is one of the most dishonest members of Congress.

In addition to voting to repeal the Affordable Care Act and defund Planned Parenthood, Senator Cornyn has consistently failed to take leadership on the most pressing issues facing his constituents.

And we know he's falling right in line with Mitch McConnell and President Trump on the issue of our next Supreme Court justice.

Sen. Cornyn has failed Texans time and time again.

In response to the tragic mass shooting in El Paso, Texas, Senator Cornyn said there was simply nothing to be done about gun violence:

"Sadly, there are some issues, like homelessness and these shootings, where we simply don't have all the answers."

When Donald Trump said that four women of color in Congress should go back to where they came from, Senator Cornyn refused to hold him accountable for his racism:

"I think it's a mistake... I don't think the president is a racist."

And when asked about COVID-19, Senator Cornyn gave a convoluted, untrue, and blatantly racist response about the origins of the virus.

Flipping the Senate is about more than just gaining a Democratic majority -- it's about getting corrupt and dishonest senators like John Cornyn out of office.
