I have some more great news to share with you!

As you know, Oklahoma is the 10th best state for manufacturing according to a recent reputable ranking. Well, we now officially have the 10th lowest unemployment rate in the nation!

Unemployment for August was 5.7%, falling a whopping 1.4% from July and sitting at 2.7% below the national average.

This is a testament to who we are as Oklahomans— We are pro-growth, we have strong entrepreneurial values, and we have a workforce second to none.

I am encouraged to see these numbers and couldn’t be more proud of our great state. As your Governor, I will continue to fight for you and create a strong business environment that puts Oklahomans first. Thank you for trusting in me!
