Brandt —
In a few moments, I’m going to ask you to make a donation to my United States Senate campaign before our last full FEC fundraising deadline next week. This is an important test of our momentum, especially ahead of my next debate against Thom Tillis tomorrow — which is why I’m reaching out. Let me explain:
Everybody — from the press to Mitch McConnell to dark money groups and even Donald Trump — will pore over our FEC fundraising report once it goes public next week to see just how strong our campaign is right now.
With McConnell’s massive super PAC and corporate donor network dumping more than $60 million into North Carolina to save Thom Tillis, I want to prove we have what it takes to go toe-to-toe with their political machine and win.
Recent polls show our campaign in a dead heat with Tillis — they also show he’s deeply unpopular and more vulnerable than ever. North Carolina is Democrats’ best chance to flip a Senate seat, and our race would be the key to ending McConnell’s grip on power in Washington.
We can win this election in November because our message of taking on political corruption is resonating with voters, and the numbers prove it. I’m going to bring that message to the people of North Carolina during tomorrow’s debate, but I’ll need your help to make sure voters get a chance to hear it as they fill out their mail-in ballots. That is why I am asking:
Will you add a contribution of $10 or more to my campaign for United States Senate in North Carolina? We have a real shot at flipping this seat and taking back the Senate for Democrats. Pitch in today, if you can.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Ours is a campaign powered by a lot of people standing up for what’s right, not the corporate PACs that are already overrepresented in Washington. I am running to take on the political corruption that stands in the way of progress on the most important issues of our time — are you with me?
Thanks for reading. Take care.
