John – This email is a bit longer than usual, but I hope you'll read it.
You don't know me, but I'm the Campaign Manager for Senator Lindsey Graham. I just finished a phone call with him, and he asked me to reach out to you. I won't beat around the bush: Senator Graham wanted me to ask if you would rush a contribution of $10, $25, $50, $100, or more to our campaign. There's no question that Senator Graham is the Republican U.S. Senator that every die-hard Democrat wants to defeat. That's been the case for nearly two years since his staunch defense of Brett Kavanaugh's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court stirred up a hornets' nest among the mainstream media and the Radical Left. Ever since then, he's been public enemy #1 for more than 250,000 Democrat donors across the country.
Liberal Hollywood celebrities have flooded Senator Graham's opponent, Jaime Harrison, with campaign cash, and they are encouraging millions of followers on social media to do the same. Major liberal PACs have maxed out to Harrison, and he was the recipient of Hillary Clinton's first contribution to a federal candidate in this election cycle. In sporting terms, Jaime Harrison was Hillary Clinton's 1st Round Draft Pick in 2020! As a result, Harrison has raised a record-shattering $43 million! He raised $10.6 million in August and just boasted about raising over $2 million in less than 48 hours this week. Now we're in a bind. We don't have to match the millions that Harrison raises from liberals around the country – but we do need our most loyal supporters to reinvest in our campaign. John, can I tell Senator Graham that you've responded to this urgent appeal with a contribution of $10, $25, $50, $100, or more?
The polls are tightening, and we can't let Harrison expand his fundraising lead any further. He's already spending more than $2 million EACH WEEK on television ads, and that pales in comparison to what he will spend to attack us in these final 45 days of the race. We've shifted some of our own resources to defend Senator Graham from these relentless attacks, but it's critical that we nearly double our own advertising budget between now and Election Day. The voters of the Palmetto State need to know how liberal Jaime Harrison really is – and why he is so desperate to hide his radical positions from them. Harrison called Speaker Nancy Pelosi his "mentor" and "inspiration." He worked under her as a Democrat staffer on Capitol Hill and helped push her far-left agenda that includes late-term abortions, a government takeover of healthcare, and free healthcare for illegal immigrants. That's just for starters. You know what we're up against. Millions of dollars in TV and online attack ads blasting Senator Graham. Enraged mobs slamming him on social media incessantly. Hollywood celebrities and the liberal media thrashing the Senator to pieces daily. It's all a desperate attempt by the Radical Left to take over the Senate, make Chuck Schumer the Majority Leader, and stop President Trump's conservative agenda in its tracks.
