TRUMP RE-ELECTED;
REPUBLICANS KEEP CONTROL OF SENATE
|

Dear Friends:
None of us wants to see this headline on November 4.
But a recent New York Times story made it clear -- if current polls are wrong by the same margin as they were in 2016...
Donald Trump will win re-election (Sept 16, "Current Upshot of Polls").
I don't believe America -- as we know it -- can survive another four years of Donald Trump in the White House. Like many of you, Patrick and I spent the weekend reflecting on the remarkable life and legacy of Justice Ginsburg. Her passing reminds us of what's at stake in this election -- not just the current Supreme Court vacancy, but the very soul and future of our country.
That's why I'm reaching out to you today. Please join me in supporting the Biden / Harris campaign. Like Patrick and me, I know many of you are already volunteering and have already contributed. Thank you!
If you haven't yet done so, NOW is the time. Please. With barely more than a month to go, we simply can not take this election for granted. We know better. And we owe it to Justice Ginsburg, who stated shortly before her passing: "My most fervent wish is that I not be replaced until a new President is installed."

Finally, we must do more than just elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. We need to ensure that Democrats retake control of the United States Senate. That means electing my friend, Sara Gideon, as Maine's new Senator and retiring Susan Collins.
Sara and Susan are locked in a very close race. Please do what you can to help Sara by clicking below:

Thank you for all you're doing. With respect and thanks,
