It took Mitch McConnell only about an hour after the news of Justice Ginsburg’s passing to dishonor her memory, putting out a statement to assure the Radical Right that “President Trump’s nominee will receive a vote on the floor of the United States Senate.”
And Trump says he will announce that nominee as soon as THIS WEEK!
We’ve NEVER had a Supreme Court confirmation rushed through as quickly as Trump and McConnell want to move this process … it’s a power grab, plain and simple, and we cannot let them steal another Supreme Court before the People have a chance to decide our next president and Senate.
The People need to have their say! Senators need to hear from all of us that they must not vote to confirm any nominee until the next president is sworn in!
