Folks, some political forecasters have dubbed Debbie’s right-wing opponent as
the“best GOP challenger in the country.”

We can’t take anything for granted -- Debbie only won this district two years
ago by 1.75% of the vote.

Carlos Gimenez is tucked comfortably in Trump’s back pocket, and that is not
what Floridians need in their leaders. He would follow Trump’s lead and ignore
our climate crisis, try and dismantle the Affordable Care Act and brush
much-needed police reform under the rug.

Debbie has fought hard for her constituents these last two years by securing
millions of dollars in infrastructure funding and using her office as a
resource to navigate our public health crisis. But Gimenez would be just
another Trump rubberstamp who would put his priorities ahead of the people of
South Florida.

We need to stand up to this bully and reject his attempts to suppress voters
from fulfilling their civic duty by defeating him this November. But I can’t do
