The movement to UnKoch George Mason University is already underway. Join us on September 24 at 7pm ET for our upcoming “Direct Action and Legislative Approaches to UnKoch GMU” to learn of new opportunities for participating in this key campaign!

This online event will examine the political significance of the Koch presence at George Mason University (GMU) and the ways in which the campaign to UnKoch GMU has national, multi-issue implications. Panelists will highlight how the tactic to remove Charles Koch’s infrastructure from GMU will require a multi-strategy approach with a particular focus on upcoming student-led actions and the community’s legislative goals for 2021.

Following the panel discussion, we will be seeking feedback from the audience on the community’s proposed bill for Virginia’s Legislative Session. Students will also share opportunities for partners (both on and off campus) to participate in several exciting actions during the Fall semester.

It is now time to ask the local community, Virginia legislators, and national allies to deepen their role in this consequential campaign, meaning we need you!
