When Cal took the debate stage last week, he showed North Carolinians what a real leader looks like, Brandt.

Now his second debate against Thom Tillis is just two days away — and we are working hard to keep up our momentum and ensure Cal’s message continues to reach folks across the state.

But to do that, we’re counting on your help to fund our rapid response operation. Many North Carolinians have already received their mail-in ballots, which means folks are casting their votes right now. To get Cal’s message out (and quickly!), we need to raise $40,000 in the next 48 hours. Chip in right here:

Why $40,000, you ask? Great question.

Yesterday, Donald Trump visited our state for the FOURTH time in FOUR weeks. He continues to rally his base for Thom Tillis because control of the Senate — where Democrats only need to flip FOUR seats to take Mitch McConnell’s gavel away for good — hinges on North Carolina.

But every time Trump comes to our state, we know the Tillis camp gets a boost. We can see it in the poll numbers, which continue to tighten each day we inch closer to the election. And given this weekend’s news, there’s no doubt we’ll see another major shift.

Our campaign must be in a strong position heading into Tuesday’s debate so that North Carolinians get the opportunity to hear Cal’s message before they return their ballots. But that’s going to take a whole lot of dollars.

That’s why we need to hit our $40,000 fundraising target if we want to flip this seat and take back the Senate. Donate today if you can:

Let’s do it.
