Hi John -

I wanted to make sure you saw Scott's email from yesterday. More than 2,400 of you have sent 4,800+ letters to the Senate urging them to honor Justice Ginsburg's dying wish. Take action here if you have not already.

And then please donate here or below so we can make more hard hitting videos, drive them with targeted digital ads, and flip the Senate in November.

Thanks,

Chuck

subject: Tell your senators - no vote on a new justice

Hey Chuck -

Today we mourn the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a true champion for our democracy and rule of law.

But sadly, we must be ready to take action even in our grief -- because just hours after Justice Ginsburg’s passing, Mitch McConnell confirmed that he will rush to hold a vote on a Supreme Court nomination by Trump.

As widely reported, just days before her death, Justice Ginsburg dictated this statement to her granddaughter Clara Spera: "My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”

Trump and McConnell should honor her wish.

Write to your senators by clicking here now - tell them the American people should decide who fills this vacancy

And once you've done that, please follow up with a phone call at (202) 224-3121.

In 45 days, we can elect a new Senate - and Mitch McConnell's latest hypocritical move only adds to this urgency.

Please donate here or below to help us Flip The Senate - and see our 12 key GOP Senators we are focusing on here

Thanks for all you do,

Scott
