Last night, we painfully lost an iconic hero in Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Words fail to capture the profound impact she had on the lives of Americans, not just through her impressive legal work, but also as a glass-ceiling shattering champion for what is right. Now we must continue the fight.
It has never been more important to have a strong, Democratic state government to protect ourselves.
A conservative court will chip away at protections and established precedents for years to come. That’s why, yesterday, Andrew emailed you explaining that outside shadowy groups are spending six-figures in our district to defeat him. The GOP is about to double down and we just learned that the heir to the Estee Lauder cosmetic company poured $1 million into a Super PAC to take out the Senate Democratic majority.

This is a five-alarm fire and we desperately need the resources to defend everything we've worked so hard for over these past two years. Andrew has fought for our 9/11 responders and essential workers. He has stood up for women’s rights and passed protections against harassment in the workplace. He pushed forward measures of equality for the LGBTQ+ community, secured historic reforms for tenants and has successfully made it easier to vote.
All of that is at risk today. All that progress can be swept away with a GOP State Senate and a conservative Supreme Court. New York would be left with no protections. That is why I need you today to donate today and send Andrew back to the Senate.
