I wanted to make sure you saw this, friend. Around the world, we're seeing a dramatic rise in families pushed to the verge of malnutrition due to the impacts of COVID-19 on their daily lives. If nothing changes, 12,000 people could die from hunger every day by the end of 2020 – likely more than will die from COVID-19 itself.

Oxfam has already reached 4.5 million people since the start of the pandemic with food and clean water in more than 60 countries. We set out to raise $50,000 today for people living in poverty, and that challenge expires at midnight tonight. But our work isn't done, friend – we need more support to make our goal of raising $50,000.

Donate before MIDNIGHT to raise $50,000 for families living in poverty. >> ([link removed] )

Your gift will have an enormous impact. Thanks to the support of the Oxfam community, we have been helping communities struggling with hunger and poverty across the world, tailoring our response to local conditions...

...in Ethiopia, where markets have shut down, we're making sure farming families still have the seeds, tools, and cash they need to make a living.

...in Yemen, where more than three quarters of the population relies on humanitarian assistance, we're providing clean water, soap, and cash so families can buy necessities.

...in Syria, where constant violence is multiplying the impacts of hunger and the pandemic, we're distributing cash and food for families unable to earn an income.

Your commitment can help support these projects and other programs in place for families and individuals living in poverty worldwide. Give before our fundraising deadline at MIDNIGHT tonight to stand up for the most vulnerable. >> ([link removed] )

Thank you for everything you do as part of the Oxfam community.

Sincerely,
