Mitch McConnell -- within minutes of Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death being made public -- announced his intention to bring President Trump's nominee to a vote. It took Sen. Cornyn less than two minutes to fall in line.

Appointing a Supreme Court Justice in McConnell's Senate will impact our lives for generations. Here's what's on the ballot this November:

1. Our reproductive freedom is on the ballot. A radically partisan Supreme Court could overturn Roe v. Wade and abolish the right to choose.

2. Our access to health care is on the ballot. The Administration has already requested the Supreme Court strike down the Affordable Care Act. If the ACA is repealed, that would wipe out health care coverage for as many as 23 million Americans in the middle of a pandemic.

3. Our civil rights are on the ballot. An unbalanced Supreme Court could gut the Civil Rights Act, and LGBTQ Americans could lose the right to marry whomever they love.

4. Our voting rights are on the ballot. Cases to make it easier for people to vote during the pandemic are piling up on the steps of the Supreme Court. A lopsided Court could make it harder for Americans to make their voices heard at the ballot box.

Team, the Supreme Court is on the ballot this November. What we do right now will make or break our ability to reach undecided voters that we need to win. Can you pitch in to help MJ get elected?
