It's time to fight with everything we've got for our democracy -- the fate of our courts is on the ballot.

I promise, my Democratic colleagues and I will do EVERYTHING we can to fight this in the House. But a democracy-affirming majority in the House can only do so much to protect against a cowardly, grift-affirming majority in the Senate.

So today, I'm mobilizing Team Casten to support these Democrats running in toss-up races in key battleground states for control of the Senate.

Mitch McConnell is a sniveling sack of hatred who is petrified to live in a world where he might be judged by the content of his character. We will make this election a referendum on what he does next.

Not a single Republican senator was brave enough to stand against Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation. If all those cowards get for that is losing an election, they should thank us for our mercy.

Every single Senator who is up for election in 44 days needs to live in fear that calling for a vote on a SCOTUS nominee would mobilize that anger. Call them. Text them. Email them. Tell them what you think, and do not let them ignore you.
