John -- I won’t mince words. Losing Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg last night was a body blow to the nation. She represented the highest ideals of our country, serving with decency and moral clarity every day that she practiced law.
RBG fought with every fiber of her being until the very end. We have to do the same.
The best way to honor her legacy is by fighting even harder for a future where corporations don’t control our government. Control of the Senate could not be more important. Gaining a Senate majority is in many ways more imperative than winning the White House.
The damage that Mitch McConnell has done to this country is almost immeasurable, and he must be stopped.
Everything we’re fighting for is on the line, John. There is no time to despair.
I need you with me every step of the way over the next 45 days. If you can donate, please do so now. If you can’t do that, we need an army of volunteers. Can you do both?
It’s going to take all of us digging in more than ever to win this, but I know -- I KNOW -- we can do it if we fight hard enough.
In solidarity,
Paula Jean
