RECOMMENDATIONS:

As a general rule of thumb for the GENERAL ELECTION in November (not the Primary Election in March), True Texas Project suggests voting for all Republicans on the ballot. The time to find the best Republican is in the March Primary Election. By the time we have the November General Election, pretty much any Republican is more aligned with our beliefs than any Democrat (there are exceptions).  Please do not mistake this to mean we stop holding them accountable or neglect to press them to commit to issues we want them to address.  THIS is the time when politicians listen to you... when they are campaigning.  Once they get into office, well, you know what happens then...

**Please remember to vote all the way down the ballot and don’t skip the lesser known races.**
**Every vote you skip is a vote for the Democrats.**

Additionally, some cities will have local races on their ballot.  Here are some recommendations in the 3 counties that have TTP locations. These recommendations come from a few of our supporters that live in those counties, but the TTP Board has NOT vetted them. Use this as a starting place for your OWN research.  These are NOT endorsements.  Sometimes they are just the lesser of two evils.

TARRANT COUNTY:
Arlington City Council: Victoria Farrar-Myers, John Hibbs, Raul Gonzales, maybe Moise?
Grapevine/Colleyville ISD: Tommy Snyder, Cacy Tischer, Casey Ford
Southlake City Council: Kathy Talley, Randy Williamson

DENTON COUNTY:
Aubrey City Council:  Jeff Perry, Matt Jones
Denton City Council: Kady Irene Finley, Jim Mann, Rick Baria, Gerald Hudspeth
Flower Mound Town Council: Ann Martin, David Johnson
Frisco City Council: Brian Livingston, Dan Stricklin?
Frisco ISD:  Muni
Lewisville:  pending

DALLAS COUNTY:

Clearly we have more blanks to fill in, and that will happen as trusted recommendations are uncovered.  Please do NOT email Julie for updates.  Any updates we obtain will be added to our website.  If it is not on the website, we don't have an answer for you yet.

NOTE:  Every county is looking for paid election clerks (no experience necessary, training provided) to keep the polls honest. Contact your county GOP office to sign up.
