Dear Friend

We lost a giant yesterday. One we will all miss, but that women, including those I care most about, will miss in a different way than I will ever know. So, for those hurting today, please know my heart is broken as well and that, to the extent it is possible, I seek to be with you as we mourn.

We must hear RBG's last wish: “My Most Fervent Wish Is That I Not Be Replaced Until a New President Is Installed.”

To make that wish come true, we must turn our sadness and yes, deep frustration at Mitch McConnell into action for change. So, let's do as I believe RBG would want us to do:
* Write letters to swing voters in North Carolina or other swing states or in flippable states: [link removed]
* Contribute/Donate to Joe Biden at [link removed]
* Make Phone Calls to voters who are at home ready to talk. [link removed]
* And help elect a special woman in a tough race to the Senate:

Theresa Greenfield in Iowa [link removed] is the single best way in my opinion to help a Democratic woman who needs resources to lead to a Supreme Court that supports Choice and the ideals we share. Joni Ernst is not popular and Theresa is a very good candidate. We can win this seat and she needs the money to do so. Please click on the http link above and give.

There are two other ways to help that I think RBG would support:
* Gary Peters. [link removed] Tough race. He needs our help and we will not win the Senate without him.
* Helping to pay the fines of returning felons in Florida so that they can register ASAP before the October 5th deadline there. [link removed]

Please give and act now for the ideals that RBG spent her life working for. In 44 days this will be over and we will be finding out how we met this historic moment.
