This week, a court will hear arguments in Texas vs. U.S., an
attempt by radical Republicans to destroy the ACA and plunge our
health care system into chaos.

If they are successful, 120 million Americans could lose their
healthcare. These people are our neighbors. Family and friends
with preexisting conditions will lose protections, millions of
young Americans will be kicked off their parents' plan, and
insurance companies would no longer be required to cover
maternity care.

I am a cancer survivor and survivors like me know just how
important affordable healthcare can be.

Radical Republicans like the ones fighting the ACA know that
drug prices and insurance costs are soaring. We must move forward
on healthcare - not backward.

Here in Wisconsin, I've taken steps to improve healthcare for
all people. Just yesterday, I signed into law a bill making it
easier for people to access the prescription drugs they need.
I've taken action on dementia care, expanding aging & disability
resource centers, and improving dental access.

A lot of powerful special interests have spent years of their
lives and millions of dollars fighting the Affordable Care Act.
We can't let them win now.
