Friends,

Today is a dark day.

We have lost Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a trailblazer and icon who changed the course of history and kept our country moving forward.

Justice Ginsburg was a brilliant legal mind who spent decades serving our country. She championed fairness, equality, and opportunity. She stood up to injustice in all its forms including the sexism and antisemitism she faced throughout her life. And, in every way, she embodied the resilience of the American spirit.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg's departure leaves us with many questions and some fears for the future. Little is certain except that we all owe a debt of gratitude to Justice Ginsburg and have a responsibility to uphold her standard of excellence and courage in everything we do.

If Justice Ginsburg taught us anything by the way she lived her life and served our country, it is to keep up the fight for as long as you can and never, ever give in -- no matter how difficult things get.

And yes, things feel uniquely difficult right now.

But we each must do our part to fulfill Justice Ginsburg's legacy and continue the fight for justice everywhere we go.

We will never allow progress to come to a halt. We will never allow hope to be lost. I pledge to be here fighting alongside you as long as I can, in the spirit of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Yours in justice, always,

TJ Cox----
