Once a Republican stronghold, Virginia’s 5th District has changed rapidly over the last few years. As Virginia becomes younger and more progressive, our opportunities to pick up critical House seats in Virginia have increased.

And, John, if you don’t know Dr. Cameron Webb, you should read about him here on our website. He is an accomplished doctor and public health expert who grew up in Spotsylvania, VA and is a proud graduate of the University of Virginia. From a young age, he took an active role in his community, and now he’s running for Congress to improve our health care and help build an economy that works for everyone. When he’s not on the campaign trail, you can find Dr. Webb dressed in full PPE and caring for patients with COVID-19 at University Hospital in Charlottesville.
