Friend–

Coming off an inspiring drive-in campaign rally for Doug, our campaign has seen a lot of excitement and momentum this week.

As you know, ours is one of many closely-contested Senate races this season – we’re among Montanna, Michigan, South Carolina, Maine, and Iowa as one of the most-watched races in the country.

We’re still in a virtual dead heat with Tommy Tuberville. But when Nate Silver’s 538 shows us as among the most competitive races in the country, people perk up – and that’s the kind of energy we’re feeling.

Here are some of the most important campaign updates from this week you can’t miss:

1. We released a new TV ad that’s already ringing true with voters across Alabama. It compares Doug’s record protecting and honoring our veterans with Tommy Tuberville’s complacency when President Trump called our fallen soldiers “losers” and “suckers.” Watch the ad here, share it with your friends, and pitch in so we can keep it on air >> [[link removed]]
2. Tommy Tuberville made it painfully clear he doesn’t know what the Voting Rights Act is or does. In a confused, rambling answer from a recording uncovered this week, he wondered, “You know, the thing about the Voting Rights Act it's, you know ― there's a lot of different things you can look at it as, you know, who's it going to help?”
3. Votes are already being cast in Alabama. We expect hundreds of thousands of Alabamians will cast their ballots before Election Day this year by mail or in-person absentee, which means we have to frontload our fundraising to reach them before they go to the polls. Will you pitch in and get Doug’s message out to these voters? >> [[link removed]]

With only 46 days left, we’re entering the most important phase of this race – what each and every one of us does now is going to determine who wins this seat in November.

Will you throw your weight behind Doug to keep our momentum going, friend? Pitch in now so we can keep our ads up, get out the vote, and make sure Tommy Tuberville stays far away from the Senate >> [[link removed]]
