This week our nation was rocked by one of the most horrific acts of violence against a police officer we've seen in a long time. After months of protesting, rioting, and vitriolic anti-police rhetoric from far-left radicals and elected Democrats, two officers were targeted by a lone gunman while onlookers laughed.
The gunman ambushed two Los Angeles police officers in their squad car, shooting both at point-blank range. After being laughed at by some who witnessed the attack, the officers were rushed to a local hospital. But, before they could make it inside to receive treatment for their life-threatening injuries, protesters blocked the entrance to the emergency room, shouting "we hope they die."
This is the environment Democrats have fostered with their support for BLM and Antifa.
It is a fact that their silence, appeasement, and acceptance of violent riots and vitriolic anti-police rhetoric has allowed for continued violent escalation against our brave men and women in uniform.
In 2020 thus far, almost 40 US police officers have been killed in the line of duty, 8 of them were victims of this same type of ambush attack.
This is absolutely unacceptable and Democrats have done nothing to stop it. Only now are they coming forward to offer weak, hollow condemnation, and only because polling shows that Americans don’t like it. To their shallow words, we say too little, too late. The fault lays at the feet of cowards like Joe Biden whose prolonged silence only fanned the flames of this escalation.
Their actions are shameful and the American people must remember what Democrats have done.

ICYMI: Our own Jenny Beth Martin took a stand this week calling out the ride-sharing app Lyft for what she called a potential "illegal corporate contribution."
Earlier this week, Lyft announced that it had partnered with More Than A Vote, an advocacy group led by athletes including LeBron James, to provide free/discounted rides to polling locations in major cities in 5 key battleground states of Florida, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.
Jenny Beth exposed the true motives behind the company’s offer, saying:
“They are choosing sides. If they were NOT choosing sides, they would be offering discounts on ANY ride to the polls on Election Day ANYWHERE in the country...
By announcing that they want to offer discounts in a) urban areas (where Democrats dominate) and b) battleground states (where the contest will be closest), they are making clear that they have decided to help the Biden-Harris ticket.”

GOP House candidate Madison Cawthorn of North Carolina pledged to never kneel for the American flag, saying, “To be born an American is a gift from God.”
The 25-year-old Cawthorn — who is paralyzed from the waist down — promised in a campaign video shot on a football field that he would not kneel regarding other matters, either.
The issues he listed as he made his way down the field included mobs, socialism, and globalism.
“They kneel to those who want to hollow out our middle class, destroy our businesses, open our borders, and close our schools,” Cawthorn said.
“I’m tired of being represented by cowards who kneel,” he said.

1776 Unites, which describes itself as "a nonpartisan and intellectually diverse alliance of writers, thinkers, and activists focused on solutions to our country’s greatest challenges in education, culture, and upward mobility" has released their latest recommendations for K-12 education curriculum.
The curriculum reportedly offers "authentic, inspiring stories from American history that show what is best in our national character and what our freedom makes possible even in the most difficult circumstances."
But, unlike the debunked 1619 Project, 1776 Unites provides a "special focus on stories that celebrate black excellence, reject victimhood culture, and showcase African-Americans who have prospered by embracing America’s founding ideals."
