Hey John,
It’s been an overwhelming response: over the last 4 days alone, we’ve raised over $45,000 to support the Sunrise Postcard Project. We smashed through our Day 1 goal and I’m so excited that we’ll be able to reach tens of thousands more swing state voters with the extra funding.
Thanks to Sunrisers like you, I told our organizing team we can increase our production to 850,000 postcards. But we still need help getting to our 1 million postcard goal. Can you make a donation to fully fund the Sunrise Postcard Project? [[link removed]]
As Sunrise’s Finance Director, it’s my job to crunch the numbers and tell our team what the financial roadblocks are to building our movement. We’ve calculated that between printing, shipping, and postage stamps, each 100-pack of postcards costs $42.00.
Many of the young people ordering postcards have the time to write impactful messages to swing state voters, but not the financial means to pay the full cost of the postcard pack. We’re trying to cover as many as we can, but our budget can’t keep up with the demand.
We’ll only be able to reach our 1 million postcard goal if we work together. Can you make a donation of $21, $42, or $84 to help mail 50, 100, or 200 postcards? [[link removed]]
