“Your work to help the United States Postal Service return to a firm financial
footing by repealing the burdensome mandate to prefund retiree health benefits
decades in advance via the USPS Fairness Act, and cosponsoring every bill and
resolution to aid the United States Postal Service, demonstrates that you are a
champion of not only the 15,000 letter carriers across the state of
Pennsylvania but also of the 290,000 active and retired letter carriers across
