PAC Professional Liability Insurance Renewal
"Great News! PAC members Professional Liability Insurance renewal now includes specific coverage for COVID-19 related claims. PAC has worked diligently with their broker and insurance company to ensure our members are not without protection while they work in this new COVID-19 environment. Professional Liability coverage for COVID-19 is difficult, at best, to obtain, particularly in the healthcare industry. While the premium has increased slightly, PAC members are eligible for $5,0000,00 per claim / $5,000,000 aggregate per year INCLUDING COVID-19 related claims up to $1,0000,000 per claim / $1,000,000 aggregate per year for only $69.00 (subject to applicable tax). Each limit of coverage is per member and is not “shared” with any other policyholder. All other terms and conditions remain as is. A copy of your policy wording including and endorsement covering COVID-19 related claims will be sent directly to you upon completion of the online renewal application process."
