Two years ago today, Sept. 5, 2017, the Trump administration attempted to strike down the DACA program. Today no new people can apply for DACA. But because of people like you, who took action and fought back, hundreds of thousands of people like me, who previously had DACA, can still renew our protection from deportation.

Since the termination of the program Trump has made it his mission to continue the attacks on DACA. And this Summer, the Supreme Court announced it will decide the future of DACA within the next year.

Oral arguments for and against DACA will be on November 12th of this year. So, make sure you remember November 12 will be an important date in our fight! This September 5, we refuse to be sad. Instead we are using this day to get ready for the fight at the Supreme Court. To win, we are going to need people like you to take action with us. Are you down, Friend?

The stakes are high not only for DACA reciepients but for all of our undocumented folks. Agencies like ICE and CBP continue to torment, hunt down, and kill our communities. And we have to be ready to take action at a moment’s notice, Friend.
